Try AUTO.NET at
It's based on AUTO but has a much friendlier interface.
> I have been trying to create a Bifurcation diagram for a ODE model using Oscill8, I was able to create the time series integration but when I try to perform the bifurcation analysis I end up with just one point. I tried to start with different initial values of the parameter but always a single point. When I integrated over a range of the parameter I get oscillations. I have tried it using XPPAUT and had the same problem there too.
> at the end of the analysis the AUTO returned the parameter as naN.
